Hi Joao Boavida here are some friendly sugestions:

“1. CONSOLIDATION OF DEMOCRACY”

PD should add as:

1.11 - All Political Parties (especially PD) shall abide by elections results, as it is the only true indication of the peoples voice.

I would like to congratulate PD for coming second to FRETILIN in the Constituent Assembly elections. Well done for achieving 8.7 % of the popular vote and 7 out of 88 seats. This is a significant effort as FRETILIN polled 57.4% of the vote and took 55 seats in the 88-seat Assembly.

Joao Boavida. Is that the same one who I met in East Timor during a visit, and who was at the time working for Austcare who is run by retired Australian Army General Mike Smith, who served in East Timor with INTERFET? Can someone clarify that? That would be an interesting connection I did not make at the time.

Connection of Australia's interference in East Timor issues through inexperienced, and power greedy PD leaders?!...

Yes! He surely is your man!

the elections mentioned as far as I know were for a constitutional asembly, not for a legislative asembly and goverment.
The excuse of lack of money cannot justify the sneaky way fretilin got into goverment.

Correct me if i'm wrong but 57.4% constitutes a win so who would you suggest be best governing the nation after the results of the peoples vote....

Olá João Boavida aqui estão algumas sugestões amigáveis:

“1. CONSOLIDAÇÃO DA DEMOCRACIA”

O PD decia acrescentar:

"You are missing the point, FRETILIN was never sneaky it had the numbers attaind through free and fair elections, a 57.4% is a clear mandate entrusted by the people to FRETILIN to make decisions."

Correction: "...a 57.4% is a clear mandate entrusted by the people to FRETILIN to draft the constitution but not hijack the peoples right to elect a legitimate Parliament through general eletions for that purpose."

well maybe if fretilin people hadn't of spent so much time in maputo they might understand democracy in such a simplistic way
